We would like your feedback on the development of 11 townhouse units at 2804–2808 St. George Street, with access from St. Andrews Street. The applicant would like to rezone the properties from RS1/RT to RM4 to develop 11 townhouse units in two buildings.

This proposal includes:

  • Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.87;
  • Central laneway internal to the site and accessed by a single driveway entered off St. Andrews Street;
  • 24 parking spaces (includes 2 visitor spaces);
  • Community garden; and
  • Visitor bike parking area.

Next Steps

Public input on this development application has concluded. On January 9, 2024, Council gave fourth reading and adoption to the rezoning bylaw. The applicant can now proceed with the next steps in the development application review process, including finalizing the development permit.
