We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 2805/2811 St. Johns Street. The applicant would like to rezone the two properties to allow for a 6 storey commercial building containing retail, office and restaurant spaces, on top of a three level underground parkade.

This proposal includes:

  • 6 storey commercial building
  • A total floor area of 5,684 m2 (61,182 ft2) spread across the following uses:
    • 2,231m2 (24,014 ft2) of commercial space over three floors;
    • 1,769m2 (19,041 ft2) of office space over three floors; and
    • 488m2 (5,253 ft2) of restaurant space over parts of the top two floors.
  • Total of 103 parking spaces and 6 bicycle spaces;
    • 44 regular car spaces; 34 small car spaces; 22 EV car spaces; 3 accessible spaces.

How can you provide your input?

Public input on this project is currently on hold pending the applicant’s next steps in the review process. Once the application is ready to proceed we will reopen the Comment Card for more public input on the proposed development.
