We would like your feedback on a rezoning and development permit application at 2914-2934 St. Johns Street, 85-87 Williams Street, and 2911-2925 Spring Street. The applicant is proposing to develop the property with one 26-storey mixed-use building with underground parking. All residential units proposed are purpose built rental units.

This proposal includes:

  • Approximately 325 purpose built rental units;
  • Approximately 2,996 m2 of retail / employment space;
  • A Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 6.2;
  • 215 vehicular parking spaces and 539 bicycle parking spaces all provided in a 3-level underground parkade;
  • A pedestrian plaza which connects St. Johns Street and Spring Street.
