We would like your feedback on an Official Community Plan (OCP) amendment and rezoning application at 38 Shoreline Circle. The application proposes to develop the site with a multi-residential strata apartment building with six to seven storeys.

This proposal includes:

  • one residential apartment building;
  • six to seven storeys (six residential levels with a mezzanine plus two to three underground parkade levels);
  • 61 residential strata units, including 15 one-bedroom units, 37 two-bedroom units, and 9 three-bedroom units;
  • gross residential floor area of approximately 11,654 m2 (125,447 ft2);
  • approximate Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.08;
  • approximate indoor amenity apace of 249 m2 (2,685 ft2) and outdoor amenity space of 124 m2 (1,338 ft2); and
  • 120 total vehicle parking spaces and 92 bicycle parking spaces.
