Please email City staff at engage@portmoody.ca for assistance with:

  • registering to participate (new users can register here: engage.portmoody.ca/register)
  • filling out a survey
  • providing your feedback on a project
  • general questions about Engage Port Moody or any of the project pages

For specific questions or comments on a particular project please email the staff team listed under “Who’s listening” on that project page.

Passwords and user accounts

If you have forgotten your password, please visit engage.portmoody.ca/login to reset your password. If you receive an “invalid response” message you have likely used an incorrect email or email that is not registered to the site for password reset. You must use the same email address that you used to sign up on engage.portmoody.ca to reset your password.
