Dragonboating destination

With numerous dragonboat teams practicing out of Rocky Point (as well as a yearly regatta that brings many visitors) I would like to see a dragonboat dock that is accessible without having to take a dingy out to it. With the atmospheric river last year flooding our boats it would be ideal to have some coverage also.
