Thank you to everyone who participated in our Shoreline Trail Improvements engagement. This project is no longer open for input.
Our Shoreline Trail Sanitary Sewer Upgrades Project will upgrade two aging sanitary sewer mains located along the north side of the Shoreline Trail. Improvements to the trail are not necessary for the installation of the sewer and have not been budgeted for within this project. However, as funding may become available to make improvements to the trail, now or in the future, we want to understand what kinds of improvements would be most meaningful to the community.
The City initiated a public survey on possible future improvements to the north side of the Shoreline Trail in August 2020 and project boards were temporarily displayed in Old Orchard Park. We'd like to thank everyone who shared their thoughts with us. The survey results were included in a report to Council in November 2020.
