I've been a resident of Port Moody since 1972. We moved here when I was 5 years old, it's been a great place to grow and prosper, I now own a home based business and I am pleased to be a part of this community!

Our Nest

My husband, 2-year old daughter and I moved out to Port Moody from South Surrey just in February 2020. It has been a long-term dream to move out here and raise our family since David has always worked out this way. All of our friends are out this way also and have all moved from Surrey as well. Moved to Port Moody 5 years ago

We moved to the Vancouver area for work about 6 years ago and wanted to live somewhere safe, with good schools, transit to downtown, close to nature and trails, and of course somewhere we could afford to buy (although I don't think we could afford it if we bought today). Port Moody checked all the boxes. Only down side is that there no are no services, restaurants or shops up on Heritage Mountain and you have to drive to do anything. Wish there were some local amenities in the neighborhoods.
