We would appreciate your feedback on a rezoning, subdivision (consolidation), and development permit application for 1865, 1875, and 1885 Charles Street. The applicant aims to consolidate three lots into a single lot and rezone the properties from Single Detached Residential Zone (RS1) to Six-Storey Apartment Residential Zone (RM8) to facilitate the construction of a six-storey apartment building. Additionally, the applicant intends to acquire a Form and Character Development Permit, an Environmentally Sensitive Areas Development Permit, and a Hazardous Lands Development Permit.
