This proposal includes:

  • 6 storeys (retail food store on the first two floors and apartments in the upper storeys)
  • 48 market rental apartments
  • 5187.1sqm (55834.1sqft) in total (including 893.7sqm (9619.5sqft) commercial)

  • 6m wide portion of Queens St to be closed and consolidated with the site
