We would like your feedback on an OCP amendment and rezoning application at 2331-2335 St. Johns Street. The applicant would like to build a Mixed Use building up to 6 storeys containing a retail food store and apartments above.

This proposal includes:

  • One mixed commercial and residential building
  • 6 storeys (retail food store on the first two floors and apartments in the upper storeys)
  • 48 market rental apartments
  • 55,206m2 (56,033.5ft2) including 885m2 (9,525ft2) of commercial space
  • A gross floor area ratio of 2.63
  • 80-81 proposed parking spaces(73 Long-Term and 6 Short-Term Bicycle Parking Spaces for residential portion, 1 long term bicycle spaces and 6 short term stalls for commercial portion)
  • 5.5m wide portion of Queens St to be closed and consolidated with the site
