We would like your feedback on an OCP amendment and rezoning application at 2331-2335 St. Johns Street. The applicant would like to build a Mixed Use building up to 6 storeys containing a retail food store and apartments above.
This proposal includes:
One mixed commercial and residential building
6 storeys (retail food store on the first two floors and apartments in the upper storeys)
48 market rental apartments
55,206m2 (56,033.5ft2) including 885m2 (9,525ft2) of commercial space
A gross floor area ratio of 2.63
80 proposed parking spaces(73 Long-Term and 6 Short-Term Bicycle Parking Spaces for residential portion, 1 long term bicycle spaces and 6 short term stalls for commercial portion)
5.5m wide portion of Queens St to be closed and consolidated with the site
Next Steps
On March 11, 2025, Council approved the development permit for issuance. The proposal will move forward with the next phase, which includes building permits and servicing agreements.
