We would like your feedback on an Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment and Rezoning application for the properties located at 2505-2517 St. George Street & 123-129 Mary Street. The proposal involves an amendment to the OCP to change the land use designation from Single Family Low Density to Public and Institutional and a rezoning from Single Detached Residential (RS1) and Medium Density Townhouse Residential (RM4) to Private Institutional (P2) to allow for a 12-storey building. This property is located in the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area, which allows for buildings up to 8 storeys.
