We would like your feedback on a rezoning application for the properties at 2901, 2905, 2909 St. George Street. The applicant is proposing to rezone the site from Single Detached Residential (RS1) to Medium Density Townhouse Residential (RM4) to facilitate the development of a stacked townhouse project.

This proposal includes:

• Three-storey stacked townhouses
• 44 residential units
• 72 parking spaces
• A floor area ratio (FAR) of 1.25 times the site
