We would like your feedback on an OCP amendment and rezoning application at 2933-3005 Murray Street. The applicant would like to amend the Official Community Plan land use designation from Mixed Employment up to 6 storeys to Mixed Employment up to 12 storeys, and Parks and Open Space. They would also like to rezone the site from General Industrial (M1) to Comprehensive Development and Civic Service (P1).

15,800 sqft of public green space through reclamation and daylighting of Slaughterhouse Creek

Public input on this project is currently on hold pending the applicant’s next steps in the review process. Once the application is ready to proceed we will reopen the Comment Card for more public input on the proposed development.
