We would like your feedback on an OCP amendment and rezoning application at 2933-3005 Murray Street. The applicant would like to amend the Official Community Plan land use designation from Mixed Employment up to 6 storeys to Mixed Employment up to 12 storeys, and Parks and Open Space. They would also like to rezone the site from General Industrial (M1) to Comprehensive Development and Civic Service (P1).
This proposal includes:
one 12-storey mass timber, mixed-use building
207 rental homes, including 21 below market rental and 40% adaptable rental homes
8,400 sqft of Mixed Employment space
15,800 sqft of public green space through reclamation and daylighting of Slaughterhouse Creek
1,000 sqft of affordable artist space
A floor area ratio (FAR) of 5.51 after dedication of creek
149 underground vehicle parking spaces and 318 bicycle parking spaces
