We would like your feedback on a rezoning and development permit application at 3121-3127 St. Johns Street and 110-118 James Road. The applicant would like to rezone the properties to a new Comprehensive Development Zone and obtain a development permit.
This proposal includes:
a 6 storey, mixed use residential/commercial building;
191 market rental units consisting of a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units;
approximately 5,992 sq.ft. of commercial floor space;
a proposed gross floor area ratio of approximately 3.09;
206 vehicle parking spaces on 2 underground levels accessed off James Road, 289 long term resident bicycle storage spaces and 23 short term visitor bicycle spaces; and
an outdoor, amenity courtyard.
How can you provide your input?
Public input on this project is currently on hold pending the applicant’s next steps. Once the application is ready to proceed we will reopen the Comment Card for more public input on the proposed development.
