The applicant would like to amend the Official Community Plan to allow for building heights ranging from 6 to 19 storeys, and to include policies and design guidelines for re-development; and to amend the Zoning Bylaw to allow the for redevelopment of the site.

2,053 residential units, including 325 below-market and 132 market-rental units
19,000 ft2 of commercial space
11,800 ft2 of childcare space
a floor area ratio (FAR) of 1.96

a new Highview Place connector road to Barnet Highway
Next Steps
On December 7, 2021, City Council adopted the OCP amendment bylaw and Zoning amendment bylaw, and endorsed the associated Development Agreement. The proposal is now approved to move forward with the next phase of applications for development permits and building permits.
