We would like your feedback on a Rezoning and development permit application at 2806 Spring Street. The applicant would like to rezone the site from Light Industrial (M1) to a new Comprehensive Development (CD) zoning to allow for a six-storey building for non-market housing, adjacent to the Moody Central Transit Station.

This proposal includes:

  • 40 non-market housing units for women's transition housing;
  • Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 3.8;
  • Total residential space of 33,543 sqft;
  • Amenity space totaling 2,290 sqft;
  • A total of 6 shared parking spaces.

The applicant is also proposing to provide 972 market units on a separate site located at 3060-3092 Spring Street and 80-85 Electronic Avenue.
